ProMass Deconvoluted Spectrum Report

Manual (interactive) processing is initiated from the Build ZNova Params screen and involves deconvolution of single ESI mass spectra. The spectrum report is automatically launched in an Internet Explorer window when deconvolution of a spectrum is complete. The resulting report is very simple. It contains a summary table, a graphic of the original ( baseline-corrected) ESI mass spectrum, a deconvoluted spectrum, and a deconvoluted spectrum zoomed around the base peak mass. Simply click on hyperlinks within the report to navigate to the various regions of the report. The ESI spectrum is also labeled with the charge states of the most abundant components.
