The main display for using ProMass is the ProMass Home Page . From the Home Page, you launch other utilities for setting up and running ProMass.
To build a parameter file for automated or manual processing use the Build Params button.
To add ZNova processing parameters to an Xcalibur sample list use the ZNova-ize Sequence button.
To check or fix an Xcalibur Qual Processing method for ProMass operation use the Check Processing Method button.
To browse the latest ProMass automated processing event use the ProMass Browser button.
To process individual spectra interactively (manually), use the Build Params button and follow the directions under the Basic Deconvolution tab.
