Spectral Quality indicators are used to provide feedback about the quality of both the input spectra and output spectra. If a low score is obtained, a low score warning will be displayed in the summary report. The Low Score value is a multiple. When a base peak score is below Low Score x Minimum Score then a low score warning will be displayed in the summary report.
