Advanced Deconvolution Options

The Build ZNova Params Advanced Deconvolution tab is used for setting all relevant options for deconvoluting ESI mass spectra. If you are new to ProMass processing and are unfamiliar with these options, first restore a set of reasonable values by clicking the defaults button on the toolbar .

Masses:

 Input m/z Range (u)

 Output Mass Range (Da)

 Use 0.1 Da Mass Step Size

 Adduct Ion Mass

 M/z Exclusion List

Baseline Removal:

 Baseline Removal Control

 Baseline Factor

Deconvolution:

 Peak Width

 Merge Width

 Minimum Score

 Normalize Scores

 Comprehensive Deconvolution

 Centroid Output

Smoothing:

 Smooth Width

 Num of Smooths

Noise Threshold:

 Auto, S/N

 % Relative Intensity
