Normalize Scores

With the Normalize Scores option set to a charge state value, ZNova will begin normalizing the scores of the candidate charge states based on the ratio of charge states that were observed to those that were possible over the input m/z range. This prevents false scoring of a narrow distribution of peaks that occur due to random noise events in the input data. Typically, Normalize Scores is set to 1.
