ZNova Parameter File

For automated processing, ZNova stores all options for deconvolution and reporting in a parameter file. A parameter file can be specified in the ZNova Params column in the Xcalibur sample list to allow for customized automated processing. If you do not specify a parameter file in the ZNova Params field of the Xcalibur sample list, the default parameter file (znova.params) contained in the ZNova application directory will be used (e.g., C:\Program Files\ProMassXcali\ZNova\znova.params).
