Reporting Options

The Build ZNova Params Reporting tab is used for specifying options used in the ProMass Browser summary Report. The ProMass Browser summary Report is a run summary that is created when samples are processed from the Xcalibur sample list. The reporting options have no effect on the report produced when manual deconvolution processing is performed.

 % Relative Impurity Threshold

 Mass to Report for Red Status

 Show BioSequence

 Use Excel Summary
